From the ordering online to receiving of the product it was a simple process, the product works superbly and its user friendly , it made the a/c units clean and operating correctly again would highly recommend
The bag with the drain sounded like a great idea, except the elastic strap for the bag is poorly connected and the single line of hot glue let go from one of the sides rendering it useless. I had to clip the plastic bag in place on the unit.
