These Terms of Service govern your use of the AIRCONcarepro website and purchases from MacGyver Lab Pty Ltd (“we”, “us” and “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and information

We aim to describe our products, prices and availability accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.

You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, compatibility information and safety directions before use. Seek qualified assistance for work requiring professional knowledge or skills.

Articles, videos and other information on our website are provided as general guidance and do not replace product instructions or professional advice.

We may update product information, prices or availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with you.

Orders and payment

Prices and shipping charges are displayed at checkout in the currency shown. Applicable taxes are included or identified at checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment problems, stock limitations or a material pricing error.

If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled item.

Delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, supply interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged where permitted by law.

Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure is not major, we may repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.

Nothing in our Refund and Returns Policy or these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product use

Our products must be used in accordance with their labels, instructions, warnings and intended purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification, unsuitable application or use contrary to safety guidance.

AIRCONcare Air Conditioner Wash Bag (Cleaning) by MacGyver Lab

Good spray pattern and no leaks

Just used both to clean a car air/conditioner evaporator with warm water and cleaned very good. Good shower mist for the concentrate then used the jet to clean through the passages.

Does a good job.

After spraying on warm and diluted to specified amount, I was surprised at how much dirt and grime was removed with the rinse. Good lingering citrus scent also.

Diy Aircon descale

Got this system bec i had previous bought a system without a hand sprayer. The Sprayer is Very good and the tabs that you put in seem to work but i defaulted to my manual descaler which is more concentrated , The hose Attachment to this sprayer at the the tap end is Junk i had to modify it to fit my tap and then it sprayed a constant stream in the bathroom , i had to use a different system that's screws into the tap fitting with a metal fitting from Gardena , this was excellent, I didn't use the bag as i used a different one that doesn't drain to a bucket but is the same as supplied, as the 3 indoor units i had to do were heavily soiled and required alot of water which the bag could not hold so i had to remove the bag a few times to make sure they were clean so if the bag emptied to a bucket this would of been a better system for me .

Quickest I’ve ever got the job done. Easy to use. The pump bottle gets the liquid right where it needs to be. I won’t be shy of cleaning my aircons more frequently now I have this easy to use kit. I used a garden spray gun on my hose, but would otherwise suggest also purchasing the squirter gun. The fast drain large wash bag worked great on my 8kW indoor unit.

Great system for migraine sufferers

Easy to use, powerful cleaning agent, excellent customer service and did not trigger migraines.

I purchased this cleaning system after having our split systems professionally cleaned. Hubby suffers from migraines and we were able to determine that the cleaning agent used by the professionals was the cause for a run of chronic migraine.

We also purchased the tap adapter and nozzle so we could give the units a proper rinse. In the end the total cost was about the same as the recent professional cleaning.

The instructions in the packaging were limited but when supplemented with the video on the website the methodology was clear. And I did watch a video by This Old House as well to make sure I wasn't going to stuff it up.

The organic cleaning solution was excellent and I was surprised how much dirt and grime was removed considering they were professionally cleaned only 2 months ago.

Definitely get the tap adapter and spray nozzle. It made rinsing the units incredibly easy and I think the hot water helped. I did three rinses to ensure that any chemical residues were rinsed away.

I used two bottles of organic cleaning agent to clean both the inside and outside units of two split systems.

It's been five days since the cleaning and Hubby has been migraine free since cleaning day.

I feel like I need to temper this review so unfortunately the tap adapter had a bushing that came off. It was still usable and as I was in the middle of cleaning I made do. The good news is that the customer service responded within three hours of my request for replacement and a new adapter is on the way.

Would I purchase it again, you betcha!
